Design Work

We will discuss with you upfront the fees involved and under what circumstances that fee would change.  If project changes or additions are made, we will fax or e-mail you a Project Change/Addition Form stating the additional fees for you to sign off on before these changes are made. For every project initiated, a 30-50% deposit is required. If at any time it is decided that the project will not be completed, the client is billed a design fee of $150 to cover project preparation costs. Other fees may be added depending on the amount of services that have already been provided, i.e. Hosting, Keyword Analysis, Optimization and Site Submission.

Printing

On small print jobs (i.e. business cards), you will receive a quotation for the total price. You will be asked to sign-off on the quote when you accept the job. If for some reason the printer's price increases, you will be notified before project completion.  Large print jobs can be paid directly to your selected printer using your credit card.
